500 gm Green Mangoes (kachi keri)
The ½ cup of sugar
2 tbsp salt
2 tbsp rock salt
2tbsp cumin seeds powder (roasted)

- Boil the green mangoes. Once properly boiled they’d be very tender and colorless.
