Eucalyptus and Peppermint for pain relief:

Eucalyptus and peppermint have pain-relieving properties which means they can come in very handy if you are faced with joint pain. The cooling sensation induced by peppermint will also be very soothing for you. You need to mix about 10 drops of both eucalyptus and peppermint oil and add a couple of spoons of carrier oil. Here, you can choose carrier oil as per suitability and choose among almond, olive, or other oils.

Turmeric and Ginger to get rid of swelling:

Ginger and turmeric are both having anti-inflammatory properties which are very effective in treating pain in joints. Boil 2 cups of water and add to it half spoon of ginger and turmeric powder each. Once the complete mixture is boiled well, leave it for about 15 minutes. Once the mixture is cool enough to drink you can sieve it and drink it twice a day for relief from pain. For taste, you can also add honey.

Tea of White Willow:

Mix 2 spoons of powdered bark of willow in a cup of water and you can also add some honey, to prepare one cup of white willow tea. Drinking this tea two times every day is sure to relieve you greatly from the pain in your joint.



Olive Oil:

Extra virgin olive oil is one of the best home remedies for joint pain. If you ensure that the olive oil you use is extra virgin, you can be assured of great relief. You just have to rub a couple of spoons of this oil on your pained joints or you can even consume a couple of spoons of the oil for relieving pain.

Epsom salt:

Magnesium sulfate is one substance that can be very helpful for treating joint pain and this substance is found to be richly present in Epsom salt. Take some warm water in a large bowl. Add half a spoon of Epsom salt to the water. You can soak the joint you are having pain in this water and feel great relief. If you have a bathtub, you can add 2 cups of Epsom salt to it and take a complete body soak for curing pain in multiple joints.

Leaves of Dandelion:

Dandelion leaves are a rich source of Vitamin A and C and that is why it has been found to be very effective in repairing damaged tissues. You just need to prepare a cup of tea of dandelion leaves to get relief from your joint pain. In a cup of boiling water, add 3 spoons of the leaves. You should drink this tea at least 2 times a day and can also add some honey to sweeten it.

Drink of Blackstrap Molasses:

One Spoon of blackstrap molasses, when taken with a glass of warm water, is known for providing great relief from joint pain as it is rich in minerals and nutrients.
