Indigestion

Ingredients- 1 tablespoon of saunf, 3-4 cardamoms

Recipe

Mix fennel seeds and cardamoms, grind the mixture. Then take 1/4th teaspoon of the powder with water after meals.

Ingredients- 2 tablespoons saunf, 1 cup of water
